Ask West Loop Vibe

Type a question the way you'd ask a neighbor. You'll get a short list of pages from this site that answer it.

How Ask works

Your question goes to a language model whose job is routing: it reads the question, matches it against an index of every page on this site, and hands back the pages most likely to help — wrapped in a short reply written strictly from those pages' own descriptions. It cannot write facts of its own: every sentence traces back to a page you can open, and the facts live on those pages, cited to public sources. Follow-ups carry the thread — ask "which of these works for a group?" and it refines from the answer it just gave.

A few honest limits. It only knows what this site covers — the West Loop and a little beyond. It can tell you what's open right now only as well as the posted hours we've verified. And when it doesn't have a good answer, it says so rather than guessing.

Questions are logged anonymously — stripped of emails, phone numbers, and addresses — so gaps in coverage can be found and fixed. How the whole site is built and corrected: methodology.

Prefer matching exact words instead? Keyword search looks for your terms across every page.
