Greektown seafood-forward Greek restaurant opened in fall 2025, with a 180-seat Mykonos-bright dining room, wood-fired kitchen, and a large wine list. Executive chef Konstantinos Ntalianis, a MasterChef Greece alum, runs the kitchen alongside culinary director Saul Ramos. The restaurant is operated by Forte Hospitality, which also operates Costa's.
