About
Fifield describes a double-blade design that produced large, efficient floor plans and brought extra daylight into the corridors. The tower includes a bridge linking residents directly to the neighbouring Jewel-Osco and its retail complex.
K2 completed the K Station plan that Fifield built out on the site of the old Kinzie Street rail terminal, following Left Bank, Echelon and the two Alta towers.
