Founded by Jim Horan in 1983, Chicago's leading caterer is headquartered in the 80,000-square-foot Larkin Hall on West Fulton. The company operates three divisions — Catered Events, Workplace Dining, and Direct delivery — and serves as the city's first Green-Certified caterer, operating as a preferred partner at 85+ Chicago venues.
