Beaux Arts–Art Deco union hall at 1340 W Washington, home to Chicago Journeymen Plumbers Local 130. The Stephen M. Bailey Auditorium rents its 850-seat Main Hall and 250-seat Lower Hall for dinners, receptions, conferences, and rallies (up to 2,000 across both spaces), and features Beaux Arts architecture with Art Deco interior detailing, an antique built-in wooden bar, an on-site parking garage, and 100% handicap accessibility.
