Real Kitchen at Walden
Production kitchen and in-house catering partner for Walden's West Town event venue, Real Kitchen was founded in 2011 by Charlie Trotter–trained chefs and operates as part of the Real Kitchen group. The Walden kitchen and bar are led by Culinary Director Nick Schmuck, Executive Chef Nick Lacasse, and Beverage Director Maurizio Fiori.
