About
Related Midwest developed the building with New York-based Morris Adjmi Architects, and called it the first apartment building to open in the West Loop in 2017. It is managed today by Willow Bridge Property Company.
The tower stands north of the Eisenhower Expressway, which forms the West Loop's southern boundary — Van Buren Street runs on the neighborhood side of the expressway, so the building sits inside the West Loop rather than across the line from it.
