About
Left Bank opened the K Station sequence that Fifield went on to build out with Echelon, the two Alta towers and finally K2. It is the closest of the group to the river and to both downtown rail terminals.
The City's building-footprints record for 300–304 N. Canal gives a 2005 construction year but carries no floor or unit figures, and no other source we would cite states them — so this page leaves both out. The building's own site is linked above.
