About
Brininstool + Lynch shaped the 282-foot building as two merged towers of differing heights sitting on a three-story podium, with about 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Power Construction built it for Marquette Companies.
It stands at the far western end of the Randolph corridor, where the restaurant row gives out and Union Park begins.
