About
Related Midwest and Tucker Development built the tower to a design by Morris Adjmi Architects with Stantec. In November 2021 Related Midwest selected Bowa Construction to build it, making Bowa the first construction company owned by a person of color to build a high-rise in Chicago.
A fifth of the homes are marketed as affordable. The building is also catalogued under the address 900 West Randolph, and turns up under both names.
