Ch Distillery
A Randolph Street craft distillery founded in 2013 and notable for its vodka hand-made from Illinois grain, this producer of Jeppson's Malört and Jeppson's Bourbon also produces bourbon, gin, rum, and aquavit. The distillery operates a cocktail bar and sushi restaurant on the ground floor, known as CH Bar and Joto Sushi.
