Hokkaido Ramen Santouka's West Loop standalone, opened February 2026 at 160 N Halsted — the chain's 2nd Chicagoland and 18th US location. 43-seat dining room serving shio, shoyu, miso, spicy miso, and the brand's signature Tokusen Toroniku ramen with pork cheek. Side menu includes gyoza, takoyaki, karaage, and tonkatsu.
