Founded by instructor Jia, the Sol Room is Chicago's first group Cadillac Pilates studio, located at 647 W Randolph. The studio offers reformer, Cadillac, and mat sessions in dedicated rooms, along with gyrotonics and private training, with restorative-yoga flows rounding out the schedule.
